Who We Are

The Congregation poses together outdoors on Grace Church's stone front steps in bright sunlight

We are a small, thriving, diverse intergenerational group of individuals, couples, families, children and elders, joined in the common thread

of our belief in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Our former Bishop Ian Douglas has characterized Grace Church as a "beacon of hospitality,"

and a "beehive of missions."

Come get to know us, and be welcome here.

We are a friendly community of faithful Christians rooted in Jesus Christ and led by the Holy Spirit,

following God's call to feed the hungry

in both body and spirit.

We welcome visitors and want your time with us

to be a blessing.

A robed woman shows a worship bulletin to a child seated beside her on a wooden bench in church.
A boy in a dark track-suit talks to a girl in a red dress & white polka-dot tights, while standing in the church Parish Hall.
A woman with festive multicolor hair stands in a turquoise dress and beige cardigan, with a plate of food at an indoor event.

Mission

We are a community of faith, rooted in Jesus Christ and led by the Holy Spirit, following God's call to feed the hungry in both body and spirit. Our intention is to know Jesus and to make Him known.

Beliefs

Grace Church is a Christian church, in the Anglican tradition, with historic roots in the Church of England. Our fellowship is characterized by a confidence in the authority of the Old and New Testaments with basic beliefs summarized in the historic creeds of the Christian Church. We follow the Biblical plan for church order, with spiritual oversight provided by Bishops and local leadership shared by lay persons, Priests, and Deacons.

We celebrate the sacraments of Baptism and Holy Communion in obedience to the teaching of Jesus Christ.

We welcome worshippers from all denominations and those who seek a deeper relationship with God.
